National Shrine of the Little Flower in Royal Oak earns Vicariate from Archdiocese of Detroit St. Therese of Lisieux or The Little Flower as she is lovingly called is honored in Royal Oak at the National Shrine of the Little Flower. The Archdiocese of Detroit recently designated the National Shrine of the Little Flower as a Vicariate.
